Sonoran Suites of Scottsdale

I read other reviews of this hotel & one recurring comment was the check in process. I found this to be much easier than a typical front desk check in. You call the 1-800 # , Tony calls you back within minutes. He explains the process as there is no front desk. You're emailed a guest agreement, sign off, securely text or email a copy of your cc and drivers license, they email you back access codes for front gate, your garage (if you have one), and the code for your lock box to your room. The whole process took much less time than waiting in line at some front desk & Tony was great! Very professional. They also email you a map of EXACTLY where your condo is, as it is a large facility. It was also very quiet - no doors opening & closing or people talking down the hallways like in a typical hotel & there were a lot of people staying there. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is one major - I requested a king bed (the entire space was lovely btw, very clean, great amenities, xtra blankets/pillows) but the bed was not a king bed. It was two twin mattresses shoved together . So any time you move at night , you fall into a crack in btn the two. Very frustrating !!! Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel !
