Firstly, the staff. Amazing! Concierge “Alex” helped us so much, as well as the staff checking in/out. Secondly, The accommodations. The room was immaculately clean, quiet, modern, lovely. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Lastly, We utilized their relaxing lobby lounge & am coffee/breakfast bar. Mochas! Yummy! Love this hotel & it’s close to so much, including our family which makes it our first choice to stay. My only complaint is that TWICE, TripAdvisor listed this hotel & showed phone numbers that appear to be direct lines to booking with the hotel itself. TWICE we were connected to 3rd Party vendors so we LOST the hotel points. After the first swindle, I thought I was careful not to let it happen again, so when I booked the hotel the second time, I asked the reservation agent if I was speaking DIRECTLY to the hotel chain, Hotel Indigo IGH, THREE times I was LIED to by the PRICELINE agent. I’m going to file a complaint when we arrive home. FALSE advertising (ILLEGAL) & we lost our points for a total of FIVE nights at this hotel. An expensive stay resulting in no bonus points. As a retired police officer, I know the difference between legal & illegal. PRICELINE has agents who LIE! BEWARE! The hotel & their staff, itself, was wonderful though.
