As someone who works in the tourism and hospitality industry, mainly through a corporate setting- i will tell you that myself and my husband were pleasantly surprised by the updates in the Ocean front rooms on this property. I cannot speak to any issues they may have encountered in the past, what i can tell you - is we have been here for 2 weeks . The staff, housekeeping and office, have been amazing(professional, courteous and overall hospitable)- the room kept clean and the location of property is convenient. If you are looking for value,a place to sleep and be able to walk directly to the water ...in a updated room..you should be fine here. I have stayed all over the East coast.
