Staff was amazing, breakfast was fresh and hot. Parking lot is well lit, they are working on installing EV chargers, but will let you plug into the back of the building in the meantime. We stay here annually and will stay again. Marshall is wonderful! THANK YOU!

We have been staying in O'Fallon Missour for 3 years!! We meet our grandson here 2 or 3 times per year. It is always clean, excellent staff friendl and Marjorie was always more 
than  accommodating. 10 stars! All smiles and  kind!!! Great Fruit always!

Having never stayed at a Sleep Inn we weren't sure what to expect. However, this hotel was very nice. Getting to it was a bit tricky as its entrance is not very clear. But once inside the hotel was clean and the room was nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. They serve a full breakfast and the place was quiet overnight.

Nice area, good local restaraunts easy location, very clean and easy,  We had a good dinner at Tullys and had a great stay.  Many thanks for your hospitality!Rooms were clean and checkin was very easy, Thanks for all your help

My wife and our dog stayed two nights Presidents’ Day weekend in February 2020. We chose this particular place for several reasons, convenience, pet friendly and good rate. We found it on the internet. The Hotel is located near main travel arteries thus is convenient for many. Checkin starts at 3:00, we were after 2:00 but well before 3:00 but they accommodated us with a smile and great attitude and did not make an issue of the slightly early checkin. Checkin was fast and efficient, Erica checked us in and she was welcoming, friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. Overall an EXCELLENT experience as were all staff we encountered. The place is fairly new, looked, felt and smelled clean and nice. There is a $20.00 per night pet fee, no problem as that was shown in Hotel Details, only one elevator. That concerned me initially but it worked fine and we never had to wait very long for it to arrive on our floor (3 floor property). We did not use exercise or pool facilities. The hot breakfast is served 6:30 am to 9:40 am. Breakfast was adequate with a reasonable variety and good taste with an attendant making frequent checks to spruce up and replenish as needed. I will not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, safe mid-range Hotel with friendly competent staff. 

This hotel was a cut above some other Sleep Inns we have stayed in. The room was spacious and well furnished. It was clean. Breakfast was as expected. The bed was a little softer than we like, but we prefer a very firm bed, and most hotels do not have very firm beds.

On a three-day road trip from MN to FL, we booked a night's stay at the Sleep Inn in O'Fallon, MO. We like the Choice Hotel chain, but this location exceeded our expectations.
The staff were personable, courteous, and attentive. The facilities were busy but quiet. The room was spacious and very clean & well-cared for. The bed was absolutely the best combination of supportive and comfortable that we have experienced in our domestic and international travel. All-in-all, it was a grand experience.
Many inns offer a "hot breakfast" to their guests. The breakfast here was creative, well prepared, and varied. Far beyond our expectations!

Stayed here one night on our way to Dallas and it is the best nights sleep I have gotten in weeks! The beds were so comfortable! Everything was clean and staff was polite. Would definitely stay here again. 

Stayed here for a wedding. Hotel was best price considering other options in area. Check-in was quick. Room was at front of hotel facing another hotel. We had a double queen room.  Air conditioning was working very well which was great since it was hot and humid when we arrived. Bath was clean and plenty of room on counter for our items. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. The only things we noted were there was no safe in the room and no hair dryer but could get one from front desk. Breakfast the next day was the usual continental breakfast nothing notable. Check out was easy and all the staff here was very pleasant and attentive. Would stay here again when in the area.

Did a one night stay and had a good visit.  Easy access to major highway.  Prompt check in.  Exterior and interior very clean, staff friendly.  Room was very nice, no issues.  Restaurants near by, had an outstanding meal across the street at Max's Pizza.  Breakfast average but good.  Would stay here again.

This hotel looks like every other chain hotel. Nothing extraordinary and the popular “everything brown” decor. Basic breakfast. But I had a great night’s sleep, and that’s what counts to me. I didn’t hear a noise from outside the room. The bed was very comfortable. It’s convenient to the interstate highway and services. And as a bonus, a very pleasant desk clerk at check in.

Great Stau

The hotel was perfect for what we needed.  It was quiet and convenient.  We had plans in St. Louis on Monday and the Sleep Inn put us close to our destination.  The pool and exercise rooms were good.  The breakfast was limited due to COVID but there was enough for a decent meal.

A Nice Place to Stay

I stayed overnight on the way to South Dakota. It is in a nice safe area right across the  street from restaurants and shops. It is a multi story hotel with an elevator. The rooms were spacious, clean and nice. The front desk clerk was very helpful and polite. I would recommend this hotel again.

Very clean, well kept and modern

The Sleep Inn in O'Fallon is a very expensive place to stay. However, it is not a beautiful spotless place to stay. I stayed there 3 nights 7/15/2022 to 7/18 and it cost me $437.29. The breakfast was good and plenty of it. They are blaming Covid, I guess because their policy is to not clean the rooms unless you asked. The room was just an average motel room that could have used an upgrade, or maybe a good cleaning! The rug was dirty and stained pretty bad, my bed spread had big gross stains, there was dirt all around the edges of the bedroom and the bathroom and to top it off tons of dog hair on the back of the curtain and on the chair in the room. They are way over priced! It appears they treat their dog guests better than the humans that stay there. I stay here a lot but its a problem every time and it goes more and more down hill, blaming a lack of staff.
