The Management does not speak English very well. The place is absolutely gross and dangerous.  Do not stay here. It is very old, grimy, dirty, and needs some serious help.
I would not recommend anyone stay here, it was a total waste of my money.

Terrible

I stayed there 1 night with no sleep
Drug dealing going on door next to me.
Police were called,and I was told property is a nuscience to the police department and should be closed
Also feces on door and wall 
It was so bad I stayed an extra day in another hotel to be able to go to mayors office,code enforcement and the health department

Worst management I have ever experienced stole items from room when I went out!!!!!!! Management completely wrong don't go near this place. Denied to reimburse for package of unopened medicine from walmart

Awful

I hadn't ever driven my vehicle to Melbourne before...and I had a hotel coupon for this place..i was surprised. the room was nice the negatives were that there was no swimming pool.
after staying at a few places in the area..it seems like this was a valuable experience, although I never recommend staying at a place that doesn't have a pool, especially when so many do..it doesn't make sense.

first time in melborne

When we first got in the hotel it smelled like actual cow manure not the most pleasant smell when walking into a hotel room. After looking around we found a tissue on the curtains just stuck there! Overall very dirty in the room and disgusting only reason we stayed is cause we’re stranded not worth the money

Worst hotel experience ever !

Bed 1 ..cigarette holes in sheets
Bed 2.. Human reproductive fluid stains on sheets.
I slept on top of the bed, I was scared to sleep under covers.
Not refurbished in many years, smelly, bad dirty AC, really?  in Florida? 
Only new item was the toilet, because if you need to flush your drugs down when the cops come you need a good toilet!
I could hear the crack pipe party and the crazy women in the closest room through the walls. Felt like I was in the party..
They should tear this place down ASAP ...
I have Never written a revue like this in my life, but I hope it saves somebody down the road from this Horror Show!

Zombie Apocolpse nightmare room $80.00!

The room was hot, dirty and in need of repairs. This is the worst place I have ever stayed.  We were desperate because of Hurricane Irma and had no other place to stay. The chair had a hunk missing out of it, the tub was stained and dirty and the wall in the bathroom was missing part of the drywall.  The only saving grace was the front desk attendant who was congenial and helpful.

Terribly Disgusting!

Other than the fact it looked like somebody died in the bath tub definitely big infested! Came in late so I asked for a late check out and they are actually charging 10$ for every hr extra and you have to bring it down before check out so there no sleeping in.. it's a hassle to get extra towels and they only give three pillows for two people.. as someone who often stays in hotels and has worked the front desk at a hotel I can't understand how this place is still open.. 


Worst stay ever!

This place should be condemned it smells like cat urine wet dog mix fleas everywhere and dead cockroaches on the floor walked in the room and out o get my money back the lady at the front desk is the only thing this place got going for them she is a real sweet heart very kind women it's a shame the owner lets this poor lady hand out rooms like that this place is disgusting thank you to the lady up front letting us leave god bless you you do your job great
