When you're traveling in cold weather, you need something more than a bed. We stayed in the king suite and were very pleased with the big comfortable chairs and table. This is a must after sundown (unless you are young and out partying :). Each room also has chairs outside which we hope to use on our next trip. Another must for us is to have something other than concrete outside our door because we travel with pets. Flagstone has done many things right. It's very clean, the beds are lucious, the ventilation system is modern and easily controlled via remote. Each room has a kitchen which we always use more than we think we will. The rooms are small, but the space is used well. Two small idiosyncrasies: 1. our room had no nightstands due to the bed size and 2. counter space was limited. That said, we've stayed twice and have more stays planned. Something else to mention - there is no main desk. They simply send you a door-code on your day of arrival, it works really well. When we ran out of coffee pods, we called their main number and had them within 20 minutes. One more thing - the onsite restaurant Peekaboo looks delicious but is "meatless". Being in our 60s and set in our ways, we walked to nearby Adria's instead.
