Great hotel with good rooms.  Bathrooms were big and bedrooms were spacy for a family of 5.  Breakfast was great and staff was super nice and helpful with questions if asked.

This hotel is beautiful with beautiful views and the staff was amazing, loved the comfort of the room and the having a guest laundry to wash clothes after hiking. What I didn’t like was the breakfast area was crowded and chaotic regardless of what time we tried to get down there. The pool area was the same way in the evenings so we did not get to use all the amenities. I will very likely stay here again because the hotel is very nice and our room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable but we will plan to have breakfast somewhere else.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! We enjoyed the fitness center and the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel with a couple of exceptions.  The King Suite room size is somewhat small.  The proximity to the door and the interior hallway makes it bit noisy.  The refrigerator was ridiculously small.  Much smaller than most hotels that have refrigerators.  And you have to press a button inside of the refrigerator to make it work for only 3 hours at a time!  If you want to keep your items cold you have to keep pressing the button throughout your stay.

Went for the balloon festival and the hotel is in a great location, nice, new and clean however we booked a room for 4 and there was only bed linens provided for 3 which meant we had to make the beds up later on that evening when we got back for the kids. The rooms are extremely comfy and the blackout blinds are superb!! The pool and hot tub have sensational views. The only other con is that all of the breakfast ware is plastic or polystyrene and there is so much waste going to landfill when they could just use ceramic plates and bowels as well as traditional cutlery and just clean it all.

Good - could be better

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! We had flown into phoenix from Maui on a red eye and after a 5.5hr drive to Kanab, desperately needed to relax and recharge. This stay was perfect! The hotel feels brand new! The rooms are lovely, the included breakfast was delicious and the gym had everything we needed to stretch and recharge. We would highly recommend this hotel !

This hotel is amazing: new, clean, located in a quiet area with a view of Old Paria, and conveniently close to the road. The room is cozy and well-designed, warm, with a dedicated workspace, a comfortable large bed, and equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.The staff is very friendly, polite, and responsive!There is an excellent 24/7 fitness center.The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. Fresh coffee or tea is always available in the lobby.I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay here again next time.

It's a brand new hotel with modern design.  Very friendly staffs greet you when you walk in.  Big Walk in closet, big sofa bed, very comfortable beds.  Bathroom is nice and good size.  Continental breakfast is good with multiple options.  Quiet and convenient location to stay in Kanab.  We sure will stay again if we visit Kanab.
