Great value, great staff, and good overall hotel conditions. AC worked well, wifi was good, and location was very close to restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel manager Chris is a great guy. Very friendly and made out stay a joy. Beautiful place with lovely plants. If we go next time to Harlingen, Su Casa is where I will see first.

I had a situation where my daughter and some friends were driving to S. Padre from Michigan and they ended up needing a place to stay before they could get in to their resort. I found Su Casa on this site and called them. Chris, the Manager, was extremely helpful with their last minute REALLY late night arrival and made sure that they had a room that accommodated her group. I didn't stay there myself but I was able to sleep better that night knowing that Chris had taken care of everything to make sure that my daughter and her friends were safely tucked in for the night. You can't ask for better customer service....especially since I was 1000 miles away. Thanks Chris!!

We really liked the hotel, the staff is very pleasant and nice. They helped us with all the touristic information we asked them for. Since the hotel is in downtown, you have many options from bars and restaurants specially at night. The room was simple but clean. We definitely are coming back to Su Casa Inn for our next trip.

Didint find a Hotel near Mcallen, but no need, I was able to shop everything was so close

Room was a lil muggy, the vanity mirror was cracked n was a bit dusty. Overall it was an awesome stay, this is the 3rd time my boyfriend n I have stayed there this month alone. I can pretty much guarantee that we will continue to stay for more weekends to come. Thank you.

For a one night stay its ok... clean room and bathroom... great location

cheap price, I was just there to sleep and shower and move on, I showed up at 2 am, some one was there, it wasn't a fancy resort but it's not ugly out side, the room was descent for the price , was really clean, and a cold a.c..... definitely recommend it despite it only got like 2-3 stars here....

Very Helpful

I stayed here two weeks in February and March of 2014. I paid $40 for single nights and $200 for a week, including tax. The internet worked well. They provided me with a fridge and microwave, but the fridge was small. The pool was not open, but it was cold both of those weeks, so I did not complain. They don't clean rooms during the day, but lent me a broom when I asked for one.

Upon arrival Chris was very helpful, & also didn't mind that I changed my room last minute. Rooms were okay, we were only there to shower & sleep so it was perfect for us. Wouldn't mind staying there again on another last minute trip.
