A halfway store under all the dirt, I can't call it anything else, furniture in the room before the collapse, it smells terrible. In seven weeks America has had nothing that was even comparatively bad.

If there was a way to give no stars this is one of the place.  I stayed one night and was horrified with my experience.  A filthy place with broken drawers, unhygienic standing showers, cracked and dirty wash basins.  To top it all bed bugs all over the bed.  I had no clue until next day redness flared all over the body.  
I now reported to public health department of the county.  If possible this place should be shutdown.

It was late, but I figured, hey, it's Marin County, one of the most upscale places in the country. What could go wrong??? As it turns out, everything. It was so filthy I didn't shower in the morning and put my sleeping bag over the bed. A.DUMP.AVOID.

This is the worst place I've ever been. A few other motels were full before we tried this. Should've just driven on. The whole place was ready to fall down. The stairs and walkway felt unsafe and the room was unlocked on arrival. On the floor was a used razor. I doubt the room had been properly cleaned in forever. The sheets had hairs on them. The windows didn't close or lock. During the night it rained and surprise, surprise, it came through the ceiling 1 inch from the bed. The manager couldn't care less, he'd already been paid and we'd stayed through the night.

This motel is a disgrace. I've stayed at excellent budget motels for $50 or less. This guy charged $90... 

Avoid at all costs! 

This is the worst motel we have ever been to, we did not spend the night here and left early! The room we got was absolutely horrible and unsafe. The doors and windows do not lock, anyone can get in your room while you're a sleep, complaining won't help at all. The owner said that he's there and that the area is safe, I guess that's why he locks his door to the check-in area.  Rule #1, if it isn't safe, do not stay in the room. You have been warned!

It is safer to sleep in your car than at this motel - You've been warned!

If you are looking for a hotel, where the bedsheets don't get changed after the last guests --> you found it. 
We stayed here for two nights in two different rooms and both times there were hair and crumbs in our beds and dont get me started on the bathroom. 
The sink hasnt even been wiped down, neither has the shower. The bottom part of the shower is completely black. 

Honestly? I think the owner is the only one cleaning. We saw him do the laundry (bedsheets and towels) in the garage and he lives right next to the office with his children. Nothing wrong with that, but all together it's just weird!

No freshly cleaned rooms!!

The reception was occupied - but understanding was difficult due to the hotel owner's poor English. The room: small, spaced beds and the door can only be locked with a small key, not a chip card. The bathroom was not used by any of us; dirty, old and fallen down. But worst of all: the smell in the room is hard to tolerate - but fortunately we didn't see any animals. The only plus: parking is free.
