Four Points by Sheraton College Station

My family and friends attended the Texas A&M-Auburn game on 9/21. We arrived the afternoon before on 9/20. I am a loyal Marriott patron and this was the first Four Points property I had ever booked. We had three rooms total for the weekend. To my surprise, we were greeted by Belinda C with a smile as soon as we entered the property. She promptly checked our party in, gave us each a welcome bag and not only went over the properties amenities, including the shuttle to and from Kyle Field, but she actually walked me through the bar area and showed me where the breakfast would be served the next morning. She offered us lemonade and water as well. In addition, Belinda asked us about our dining preferences and gave us suggestions for near by options. Belinda made our party feel very comfortable and checked in on us to ensure our rooms met our standards. I felt like I was in a full service Marriott property. Belinda was a greeter, agent, concierge and a ambassador for Marriott! In addition, I had booked two additional rooms for the night after the game. As the day developed, I only needed one room versus the two I had reserved. I went straight to Belinda and she was able to cancel the additional room with no penalty, as she could use the room to accommodate another family. I checked with her later and she did confirm she was able to rebook the additional room almost immediately. The location of the Sheraton Four Points is perfect for a game day weekend and Belinda C ensured our family and friends experienced a pleasant and comfortable stay in College Station.
