The location is perfect--right between Penn Station and the theatre district. It's quiet and very clean. I appreciate the fact that they don't have carpets--it's easier to get the floor super clean plus there's no annoying vacuum cleaner noises when you're trying to sleep in or nap in the afternoon. The beds are very comfortable (again, not necessarily the norm!), and the staff is quite cordial. There's a couple of grocery stores and also a drugstore nearby, plus plenty of places to get food (caveat: the bakery next door is SUPER expensive! My only regret was going there for a meal! I mean--even compared to regular NYC expensive, it was expensive!). It's much easier to walk a tiny bit further and find something more reasonable! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return in the future (this is my second time)!
