I don't usually write reviews, but needed to get a shout out to the great staff! We booked this hotel for the last night of our trip to London. We knew the room would be small and we thought the hotel itself would simply meet the need of a place to stay overnight. But we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of food. Because we were members, we received a beautiful cheese platter and drink upon arrival. It was the perfect snack before heading back out into London for our last night. And in the morning, we had breakfast at the hotel. It was a great spread with excellent coffee. The staff were the friendliest we came across in our 10 day trip to London and Norwich.
