I've just returned home after a 4 night stay in The Rubens with my mum and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment you arrive you're treated with so much warmth and friendliness and you really feel like someone special. During your stay, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they always make certain that you're happy and comfortable during your time there. Every one of the staff we dealt with were so lovely but I'd like to give a special shout out to Leo, Raj, Pascal, Frank and Taylor for their kindness and friendliness. Needless to say, the food is very good too and the rooms are beautiful. We stayed in a twin room at the front of the hotel overlooking the Royal Mews but it was so quiet - even during busy times, you couldn't hear the traffic. It's in a perfect location and so many of Londons most famous attractions are within easy walking distance. I stayed her a couple of times in the past and I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in London - my only regret is that I couldn't stay longer! I hope to make a return visit in the not too distant future.
