For the price I paid the hotel was very good my checking was very fast and I was in my room within a matter of minutes. Although the hotel doesn’t provide any warm food you have the service station next door which has a decent selection. I would like to thank the member of receptionist who was working when i checked in his name was Gurkaran he was very kind and respectful not just to me but to other guest aswell and was very helpful when i was struggling to find my Uber to go to the airport .

The gentleman at reception (Akaash) Was very helpful by checking me in quickly and helping me with any queries. Akaash Was kind to all customers and am very pleased with the travelodge.

The room was clean, spacious, and exactly what you'd expect from a Travelodge — basic but comfortable. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and despite being close to the motorway, I wasn't disturbed by any noise thanks to the double-glazed windows.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. There's no restaurant on-site, but the nearby service station offers a few food options, which is handy for a quick bite.

Overall, this Travelodge offers great value for money and is a solid choice for a short, practical stay near Heathrow.

Ive stayed at this hotel last week and it was really warm the rooms do not have AC which made it a bit difficult to sleep and our fan was not very good thankfuly the receptionist Daniel has replaced it with a newer model that helped us sleep . Good customer service from the young lad but rooms should have AC its way too warm in the summer

The rooms were up to a good standard nice and spacious for me and my family we enjoyed our  stay. Gagan who checked us in was very fast at his job and did not keep us waiting for long at all and also Gurkaran on night shift was very kind and helpful when we needed help finding our uber to the airport

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, made even better by the excellent service from Akashdeep Guglani at the front desk. He greeted me warmly, ensured a smooth check-in, and was always ready to help with a smile. His professional and caring attitude truly stood out. The hotel rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, Thanks to Akashdeep and the team, I had a pleasant and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Alisha on Thursday. Her customer service was excellent — she was friendly, attentive, and worked at a fast pace to make sure everything went smoothly. What stood out the most was her thoughtfulness in giving us a room close to the door, which was perfect for my elderly parents. That extra effort made a big difference. Thank you, Alisha, for your kindness and efficiency!

I came to the Travelodge alone and Akaash at reception was very helpful with a quick check in and helping me to my room. The rooms are good quality and fair for what you pay.

G and B on reception were so amazing. They greeted us politely and helped us with an issue we faced. Amazing customer service!! Room smells very clean and was tidied perfectly. A great start to a holiday !

I’d like to take a moment to highlight the wonderful service I received from Alisha at reception. She’s incredibly bubbly, welcoming, and always greets you with a genuine smile that instantly makes you feel at ease.

Very lovely staff always ready to help, stayed at same location few times now reason staff is very friendly on reception and housekeeping. Alot of option eat next door burger king and more 24 hours someone is on reception any issue can go to them

The hospitality was amazing. Our family has been here a few times and staff is really helpful. Bedi helped us settle in and was really kind to us. Great beds and rooms where nice.
