I visited to Artist Residence in London twice this week. Once, with my dog, who was cared for beautifully, with free treats and a dog bed in the room. The second time I had my book launch in the function rooms and stayed over with friends. Leanne and the team cared for us all beautifully. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms decorated beautifully, the showers were easy to work out and had great water pressure, the shower gel etc was of great quality. All the staff was exceptionally helpful and polite, particularly Briony and her colleague at breakfast, whose name I have forgotten but who was noticeably quietly efficient and unflappable. We had a great party with excellent bar service and fantastic canapés. I think we must have tested out nearly every side of the business, just by chance, and found it exceptional at every turn. The owners can be very proud of this team and everyone who can to my launch said they would definitely be back. I certainly will.
