Fantastic staff , great pub next door , very thoughtful - I had 2 fans in my room as it was summer on top of the air conditioning . Very simple yet thoughtful design . Got all the basics right . Female staff onsite helped me feel safe staying on my own for the first time .

I have stayed at plenty of Premier Inns, and this is one of my favourites…
Easy spacious car park was a great start, amazingly quiet room considering the position of the main road, and breakfast cooked to order!
Sharon at breakfast was one of the best staff I have ever encountered at any Premier Inn.

This was the best Premier Inn we have stayed in, the staff all had a welcoming smile, the rooms were spotless and a good size and the bonus was the free car park.  We chose this hotel for its close proximity to the stadium as we were visiting for the Rugby but it exceeded our expectations.  The pub next door was great as well, and we would definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean, Staff friendly and helpful and bed was comfy. Although it is on a main road, the triple glazed windows allow noise to be a minimum.
Whitton train station was a short 5 minute walk with trains to Twickenham/Richmond and London Waterloo making it easy to get around to where we needed to go without sitting in the always busy London traffic. 
The price was good for the position and we would definitely return should the need arise.

Driving up from the South West, I've tried most of the PIs in the area, Brentford, Kew etc but a) they don't guarantee a parking space and b) they charge for it (or at least the parking company does). Only a couple of 100 yards from Whitton  rail station with frequent trains into into Waterloo via Richmond. . 

Molly was lovely, funny and very good looking. Helpful and a good laugh.
Hotel good location and pub next door was good, food and service ok.  Would stay here on business again and leisure, parking free good bonus and a good location for travel

My stay at the premier inn Twickenham was wonderful. Mr Adrians exceptional service truly enhanced my experience making it a memorable and comfortable stay. The property is just 20 min away from london city centre which makes it convenient to travel around london.

One of the best stay I ever had during last week (Dec 6th), Wonderful customer service from the team. Special thanks to @Adrian for making my stay exceptional. The rooms were tidy and @Adrian made sure we were served with all facilities provided by the hotel.

Really great male receptionists Connor and his colleague, very helpful and knowledgeable. Clean and comfortable room, good tea making facilities. Comfortable bed, and lovely shower gel. Really pleasant stay. Premier Inn good standards as usual. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Both Leon and Connor on the night staff were friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating of the extra bed linen we required for an unexpected extra guest staying with us. Room was very clean and the location was great for all of us

One of my favourite Premier Inns

Perfect place to stay if going to Twickenham Stadium

Friendly helpful staff, with free parking and close to public transport

I visited the hotel as part of my weekend trip to see the Harlequins Rugby game, and was well pleased with the location, with only a 15 minute walk from the ground. The desk staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming, explaining all queries very clearly. My room was clean and tidy, with hood WiFi reception and working TV. The bar in the adjacent/related pub was clean with prompt service and friendly staff. The next morning, Breakfast was a little late being served, but our server Sharon, was apologetic and reassuring then offered for us to help ourselves to the continental fayre, and I filled up on toast and tea. Sharon was soon around to take our orders for the 'Full English' and it was worth waiting for, with everything being hot and well presented. All in all a very good stay, with the usual Premier Inn standards being maintained throughout my stay.

We booked the premier inn as our son in law was playing in then finals weekend at twickenham and we were so pleased with the location,the staff and the excellent breakfast provided in the winning post pub which adjoins the hotel.. wow what a fabulous experience, would gladly recommend this to anybody who wants value for money in our opinion, so well situated to the rugby stadium and also to the towns of whitton, twickenham, and Richmond.. try this hotel for yourself not from what I’ve wrote but we would definitely return if ever we wanted to. To all the staff who were fantastic we would like to say keep up the great work guys you are a credit 

Trip to twickenham

Great location , great food and very well thought through and got all the basics spot on.

The hotel is tired, our bathroom was awful.  There was mould on the tiling and the paintwork was damaged.  We were not happy that the door between reception and the rooms was propped open ensuring that there was no security at all.  Parking was fine, plenty of spaces.  The pub that was attached, although not part of PI, was okay although prices of lager, £6.85, was ridiculous.  This isn't even London, just a suburb.   As for the WiFi, I give in with these people, when they say 'Ultimate WiFi' and it's 8Gb that's laughable.

Tired Premier Inn

Great location. Walking distance to Whitton train station (5 minute walk) and free parking at the premier inn. 

Sadly the premier inn was worn down. Our family room was standard, no air con, the pull out child’s bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood. The room needed a refurb but had what we needed. The hotel was secure, the lady on reception on arrival was friendly but the next day there were two members of staff who didn’t acknowledge us. 

We paid for breakfast which was in the pub next door who were friendly, best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Would definitely visit there again.

Great location but needs a refurb

The staff at check in were helpful even though the card machine didnt work.
Beds comfortable, clean room. Plenty of parking. 

Breakfast was awful, a very rude aggressive woman serving on tables, I was scared to ask for anything. She acted like she hated me, greeted me with the word 'room?' , no 'Good morning' etc. I had the continental breakfast,  there was no fresh fruit other than cheap old golden delicious apples, no natural yoghurt, no selection of jam, water was tepid for tea, the waitress argued with me infront of other diners when I asked for hot water saying the now empty hot water flask was full and there was nothing wrong with it. I have stayed at many premier inns for work and have always really liked them. I won't come back here again.

Scary waitress at premier inn

Pretty poor. I appreciate it’s been warm and understand PI can’t do anything about this sporadic English weather however, the lack of care is what was obvious. Team didn’t seem bothered. Asked for a fan… it was like I had asked for a kidney. Cleanliness was ok. But from a service perspective. Absolutely lacking.
