Very friendly service, reception 24/7, which was needed in our case (arrived very late). Great vintage hotel, loved the furniture from the middle of the 20th century! Room was spacious, I am not sure did I even booked so big room myself or they upgraded it. My dog enjoyed the stay too. The hotel has a good positioning, about 20 min from old town. I was only a little bit disappointed with the breakfast - poor variety of food and too quite restaurant to enjoy. All in all, I would definitely choose the hotel again if going to Warsaw.
