I often stay at this hotel, and every time I’m reminded that it’s one of the best places to stay. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. Special thanks to Svetlana from the 6th floor — she always does an excellent job, keeps everything spotless, and is incredibly friendly and kind. The rooms are clean, regularly and carefully maintained. The atmosphere is calm and homely, and the location is very convenient. For me, this is not just a hotel, but a place I’m always happy to return to. Thank you to the entire team for your warmth and high level of service!
