The sheets of the bed I was going to occupy as well as my mother's were dirty, so in order to complain they gave me the five-minute deadline which they failed to meet twice more to request the change after 25 minutes had just been made, and I couldn't even go to another hotel for the same reason that it was already after 12am, both my mother and I spent the worst night of our stay.

Psimo is the name of the game.

Located centrally , near the central market and the central square. Clean and basic, few of the room s  lack privacy.
A modest breakfast,  very friendly service. You can take organized day trips from the hotel.
Relatively cheap.

A good choice at 6 blocks from the Chiclayo Armory. a simple but clean and quiet hotel. very cozy staff. good wifi. comfortable medium-sized room with hot water. proper breakfast and excellent restaurant with very rich Pisco Sour and Ceviches. ademas offers the transportation from the airport courtesy.

A very good option for cheap accommodation in Chiclayo.

When we booked the hotel, we didn’t know it came with free airport/bus terminal pickup, so it was a nice surprise. We don’t speak Spanish so communication with the hotel staff had been frustrating until we figured out adding their mobile number to WhatsApp and since then, everything became easy. We could be out there somewhere asking them how much should I bargain a taxi for and seconds later came the response! Superb, highly recommended. Staff is very nice. Especially Wilmer who took good care of us! The hotel is on a busy noisy street so not a very nice neighborhood but OK for us. The rooms are clean and made daily. Our stay came with simple breakfast which was also a good boost to start our mornings.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of September 2018 and was very satisfied with the service I received. The hotel is a modern multi-storey building that is well maintained and is always very clean. It is offered free internet access via WiFi. I was able to use the internet with my laptop on the early morning of August 31 after travelling by bus during the night from Lima and I was picked up at the Movil terminal. Easy access to pyromids etc, owner stopped taxi s in the street and got a good deal for us wherever we wanted to go.

Very close to the great market

We arrived in Chiclayo at 5am, and despite the early hours, a taxi was sent to pick us up at the terminal, and we were placed in a room.Then they offered us a better room, which we did not need for one night.They provided us with all the necessary information and tourist assistance and looked after our luggage during the days we traveled to Chachapoyas.

Good attention is paid to them.

Room rate includes pick up at airport or bus depot and breakfast.  We arrived late and tired but Staff are so friendly they made us feel happy and cared for.  We had no Spanish, they had no English but they arranged a tour for us for the next morning, served us breakfast with a smile and welcomed us back again this evening.  Rooms are spotlessly clean, location is good and i would totally recommend this hotel.
