10 reviewsMy fiancé and I stayed here at the beginning of our Cusco trip. It's a little bit outside of the main city and historic district, which really wasn't an issue- it was an easy 5 sole taxi up to the Plaza de Armas where we spent most of our days wandering around. The staff were very nice, no English but that didn't cause any issues. The ONLY problem we had with this hostel was that it was frigid, all the time and especially at night. The beds had great, warm blankets which was good for sleeping but we ended up dreading returning because we knew how cold it was going to be. And that was with our sweatshirts and wool socks on! We ended up moving to a different hostel upon returning from our Machu Picchu trek. Overall, a nice place to stay but the cold factor was just too much for us.
