Great hotel. Nice rooms (carpet could use refreshing), good restaurant and bar. Very nice part of Nairobi. Excellent service all around! We were here 3 nights.

Great customer service, led by Mellab! Mercy and Wendy at the reception were very receptive, helpful and accommodating. Hellen took care of us at the conference center with Nicodemus, among others! The food was great! Amazing job!

I liked the hotel and  a special thanks to Mercy at the reception for her warm welcome and professionalism—she made the check-in experience seamless and pleasant.

I recently attended a Conference and I was very impressed by the overall experience. The banquet services were top notch, everything was well organized, the food was excellent and the staff were attentive through out the event.
A special mention goes to Cecilia Ngomi whose warm hospitality and professionalism really stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.Pride Inn is definitely a great choice and I would really recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The friendliness of the staff and employees would definitely make me have a desire to return to this location when returning to Nairobi. They all made it so fun and enjoyable to be there. Each and every one of them were always willing to do what it takes to make your stay more enjoyable and always with a smile.

I’ve stayed a few hotels around Nairobi within the past 3 years and Pride Inn is one of the better hotels I have stayed in.

Exceptional Banquet Service

I enjoyed my five night's stay at PrideInn Azure over the New Year's period! The staff were responsive from the time I confirmed my booking and this dedicated customer service was carried through from check-in till the end of my holiday.I was also granted a late checkout as requested following two flight cancellations from my aireline.The 2025 Nairobi New Years city fireworks display was a sight to behold from PrideInn Azure!

The hotel was surprisingly very nice. The check in was nice and staff very friendly. The room & bathroom are an excellent size. Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant had good food while we lounged by the pool. The only thing I didn't like was that I thought the shuttle was included and when we took it for a 10 minute drive to the mall (it was very close but with traffic it took longer. You can actually walk faster), we found out it cost 1000 shillings. We took a Uber to the airport and that only cost us 880 shillings! The cost was quite outrageous.

We stayed twice at this hotel in October 2024, before and after our 4-day park tour. The hotel is very inviting, spacious rooms (we had two different ones, both were great). The hotel has its own restaurant with both indoor and outdoor sitting. We ate breakfast buffet and of menu dinner the first night and lunch and breakfast the second night, food and service was great too.

Excellent service by the entire staff. Accommodation and hospitality, bar none. Special appreciation to Shem, who made certain returned to a well kept space every evening.  And Lillian from the restaurant along with Helen and Cecilia.No no hotel would be worth the stay without an awesome front desk: Oscar, John, Abigail, Philip and Mercy. After an almost 3 week stay, I should know! Thanks for an awesome job!

Just finished a stay here with family members, and it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, dinner options were equally great. The staff members are the pride and joy in this hotel. Special mention to Nelly, Lillian, Samwel, Milka and Shelmith in the restaurant. Sammy in housekeeping and Janet at front desk. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and helped out a great deal. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. I would probably recommend attention to water temperatures and sink water flow, before rooms are let for accommodating but other than that are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying and would stay here again. Big thank you for making our stay so welcoming!

Prideinn Azure Hotel has truly set the bar for hotel accommodation. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed warmly by the staff and given a level of personal service that honestly was shocking. I was given a pleasant guide of all the available amenities at the hotel and of all the features available in my room. My room was extremely clean and was stocked with everything advertised. The food at the restaurant within the hotel was excellent and they offered quite the variety which is nice for picky eaters. The staff however are the true stars, they were very informative and knowledgeable on every question I had whether it be about the hotel or the surrounding area. They were also extremely helpful and cheerful, from the reception desk, to waiters, to the security, the staff is on the top of their game. I highly reccomend a stay here if you are visiting Nairobi, you will be exceedingly pleased. I will definitely return if just for the experience of the stay and nothing more.

I have enjoyed staying at PrideInn Azure, the staff are friendly and responsive to my requests. The room and bathroom are large with all the necessary amenities. The room includes a fridge and the ability to make team. The breakfast is good and has lots of options including vegetarian. I like that they use glass water bottles as it is more environmentally friendly.

The rooms were spicious .good view to the city .I loved the idea of breakable recyclable water bottles ..The conference facilities were amazing ..The snacks prepared for the tea break were amazing.
I loved the service from Sammy who was our conference assistant and Mercy from front office .The front office manager Barasa was of great help to our daily activities ..it's an awesome place to be.
