Spent 5 nights in April 2017 at the three bedroom rental apartment. Apartments are spacious and furnishing is good. If you need more kitchen equipment you can ask from the staff. Royal palms is a beautiful place with a good clean swimming pool for children and sizeable for adults. The pool is well lit at night which is great as Mombasa is mostly hot (day and night). The Lawn is quite big and good for ball games or badminton....so would be great to carry along. The apartments are about 5km from the beach which felt a bit far but transport is convenient by a tuktuk/motorbike. The apartments are fairly priced. Staff are friendly and helpful....however change of bedsheets is not automatically daily so advice to have changed. Its a great place especially if you have kids.
