After our wedding, my husband and I sought out a place to stay before we traveled afar the next day. Being exhausted on the wedding day, ubora provided a wonderful haven of rest for us and we really enjoyed our stay there. The food was delicious and the service was warm and personal. The beautiful decor of the place prompted us to have our bridal photoshoot there, and it was a success. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind at a home away from home. 

My husband and I stayed here for one night before heading out on a Safari. We were beat from the plane ride from NYC. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but not overly so. Enjoyed a nice dinner at a good price. Would definitely return. Pictures are a good representation of the bed and breakfast. 

The rooms are comfortable with a modern touch.Free WiFi, excellent customer service and great food.It's location is convenient and is very private.The security is excellent and the environment is peaceful too .

The hotel is a  perfect place for your stay in Nairobi, close proximity to all social amenities within Nairobi and yet so quiet and homely . 
The rooms are  cozy , clean  and the staff friendly and professional

Great Stay

A home away ,classy with a touch of ethnicity.

My wonderful exprience  at UBORA

Good Afternoon,

I made a call today at 1142am to inquire on availability of the place on 6th October.

Spoke to a lady called Grace who confirmed that the place would be available and she needed my email to forward packages and other information.

I advised her that I had already gone through the packages and know what we want i.e option buffet 3 for 15pax.

She confirmed to note down the details and advised she would email me then we close in on everything after she sends it.

Surprisingly at 1232pm she sends me a text saying Oct 6th has just been taken.....really?

As the organiser,I have confirmed availability to my team after our phone conversation,only for your team member to book the space for someone else forgetting to have promised it's available to me?

On follow up she casually texts that I should have sent payment to secure the space - something that we hadn't discussed since I was waiting for her email as advised.Even on our phone call she didn't mention this?

I call back several times and no one answers only I'm getting SMS surely the courtesy to talk to me and explain is disregarded.

Is this how you handle your customers?

I am very dissatisfied and that lady needs some training on customer service.As an establishment you are selling yourselves positively but such colleagues will make customers feel otherwise.

Not quite what i was expecting.Awaiting a resolution on the same.
