30 reviewsNorfolk Towers is very well kept given the age of the building..Everyday to stewards are seen cleaning with smiles on their faces and greetings on their lips However,there are some exceptional receptionists at the front desk...One is named Millicent and the other is Angellah... For house keeping Purity and Dominic are great... For Management ,there is an open door policy that makes them accessible...which is very good for guests to air their concerns Faith and Eliza are worthy on mention...These people oversaw my account. I want to especially express thanks to Judy the general manager for her leadership especially during corona she managed us very well and gave consessions accordingly. Finally, Norfolk has a family atmosphere and I will encourage foreigners like my self to use this service.
