Le Rustique

I had the luck to live just round the corner from Le Rustique for two years. We used the restaurant and pool facilities on a regular basis and were never disappointed. Food always great quality, delicious wine and cocktails and the staff are absolutely wonderful. 

We then stayed for two nights before we moved and it was a perfect end to our time in Kenya, in our favourite place. The rooms were lovely and clean. Nice bright bathrooms with super nice showers and very comfortable beds. 

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Le Rustique. It is such a lovely warm and welcoming place and we miss everyone very much!

My friends and I stayed in Nanyuki but went to Le Rustique often for breakfast or dinner. The food is always excellent, prices are affordable, and the staff are super friendly. We sometimes went on a weekend day to eat/drink and use the pool which is great. There is also a spa there - bonus! Have not stayed overnight here however wouldn't hesitate to in the future. Love the place!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Le Rustique while we were visiting Nanyuki. What a gem of a hotel!  The staff were friendly and always accommodating. The rooms were quaint. Food was always good. We enjoyed breakfast ever morning and had a dinner. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing place to stay, especially if you're visiting Ol Pejeta and have a way of transport.

We cannot rave enough about Le Rustique.  We stayed at their cottages for one night (the stay was on a bed and breakfast basis) and it is definitely going to be our go to place for overnight stays in Nanyuki.  The cottage type room was just beautiful, elegantly furnished and the bathroom was well designed.  The shower was superb.  We loved all the greenery around the cottages giving it a feel of truly being in nature.
The restaurant is also amazing - it definitely has the best selection of vegetarian food in Nanyuki and the food is really good - we also ate dinner there and it was superb.
The breakfast selection is awesome and they catered well for people who do not eat eggs - made mushroom eggless crepes which were very yummy.
We highly recommend the granola and the smoothies at breakfast.  
The waiters really go out of their way to ensure that your every requirement is looked after.
We highly recommend staying at this beautiful place.

Beautiful and affordable surprise tucked away in Nanyuki.  The accommodation was beautiful and very comfortable.  We stayed in number 7 and number 10. Unfortunately due to the close proximity to the road, the early morning traffic woke us up on both mornings, drowning the beautiful chirping of the birds.

 The shops and spa were a great convenience, and wish we had discovered them earlier.

What really swept us away was the excellent food and the out of this world playlist👍🏽

A lovely place to spend a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I spent 7 days at Le Rustique.  It has a delicious restaurant, friendly staff, lush grounds and is centrally located in Nanyuki - I will stay there next time I come through.  I found my bed extremely comfortable, and the hot shower with pressure so welcome after a rather rugged safari!

The highlight of my week was exploring with guide Sammy Msafiri.  I highly recommend using him to explore areas around Nanyuki.  This trip we went with him twice - to Ole Pejeta and to swim in the Ngere Ndere forest - both wonderfful trips.  Sammy smart, careful, knowledgeable and a lot of fun!

The rooms are well designed with rustic appealing decor & very well maintained. Clean environment near town. Ample parking. Booking was simple! Great value for money! Highly recommended & would definitely be back.

Le Rustique is a beautiful inn, with lovely, spacious and exceptionally comfortable rooms. Modern and every amenity. Staff are wonderfully accommodating and the restaurant is fabulous. We are looking forward to returning!

Le Rustique is a gem. Went there for my engagement and I must say the service, accommodation and food were excellent. Special mention to Connie for organizing everything and ensuring it was carried out to perfection. Thank you yo Halima and team. You orchestrated everything so well. The entire Le Rustique team including the owner were so involved...it felt like family. Thank you, be blessed and we will definitely be back.

Engagement Weekend Getaway

We over nighted up at the Le Rustique Hotel in Nanyuki before the start of our climb on Mt. Kenya. Located in a quite and peaceful corner of Nanyuki and only a few minutes drive to the main town - the hotel is nice clean and a very good value for money. The food was delicious and the staff wonderful. I would highly recommend this place if in Nanyuki

We Loved this place, the very cute and private rooms in a lush garden. Beautiful rooms with attention to detail in the interior design. The Restaurant serves the best food in Nanyuki. The perfect hub for your Laikipia safaris or stopover. Staff is wonderful and it is kept very clean. We will definitely return here.
