Fiáker Panzió

My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant twice and we are amazed by it’s quality, It is unusual to find such a high quality restaurant outside Budapest or the popular tourist routes. It has an unassuming location and entryway but once you enter your spirits are buoyed. The staff treats you warmly from entry until exit. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and eclectic with both modern and traditional touches. We both had soup, a main course, coffee and dessert. The food was very nicely prepared and served with your tastebuds being happily satisfied and looking forward to a return visit. The portions were more than adequate with extremely modest prices. Our first visit inspired our return visit and we are now hooked on the Fiaker Vendeglo as one of our favorite restaurants in the Lake Balaton region. It is a true hidden gem!
