İt was good place for this price.people all friendly there location is good clean place I like it ) but restaurant s are closing 9 evening and I couldn't see close shopping market just to let you know before you go buy your water and things

Good and nice hotel that deserves a smaller reconstruction or restoration. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast very good and tasty. Personally, I recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner because the food and the presentation itself and taste are at a very high level. However, the price of food is higher. Wifi is very fast. Very comfortable bed.

Good value for money, but there is still opportunity for improvement

The hotel location is good, however they have parking spot for only a few cars. 
The restaurant staff do the hotel reception so if the restaurant busy, hotel guests have to wait for a while. The hotel and the restaurant staff are nice, polite and helpful. They would deserve five stars. 
There is a steep and long staircase to reach the rooms. Hiking and cliffhanger experience required. Climbing up with heavy suitcases would be a nightmare. No elevator, no help.
Rooms are very old dated. The bed is terrible. Two single beds together means a queen bed. 
Beds are very low, almost sleep on the floor. 
Bathroom is extremely basic, like a college dorm.
They clean the room daily but don’t change the towels and the bed linen. The area itself is quiet,  but every noise, every each word comes in from the corridor and from other rooms. We heard how others talk in the other rooms, even thought they spoke quetly. We even heard the noise when someone write a message on a cellphone and the sound of the keyboard clicks came in... every word you say goes to everone in the hotel...

Excellent restaurant and staff - but no more positives

We were placed in the newer part of the hotel in a separate building and the outside was a bit like a building site. Our room was a good size and had a well-equipped kitchen area, but the walls between the rooms were thin and we could hear everything that was going on next door and they could probably hear everything we were doing!  We had a good breakfast in the medieval-themed restaurant downstairs in the main hotel.

A bit remote

Very old place. No renovation for ages. Old, uncomfortable furniture. Dirty, worn out, gloomy, overprices. Bedding look scary. Breakfast incredibly poor. Did't match the description provided. I recommend all travelers to avoid it.
The only positive thing about this place, Hotel located in a walking distance of main street.

We reserved a room for a dinner with my friends.. We thought that it will be in the same building (the main building looks very nice and cozy) but no..our tables were in a broked down, moldy room in another building.. No usual service, no waiter, they just put the expensive food on a torn tablecloth, the glasses were dirty (lipstick on the glass etc.) We waited for the drinks 40 minutes at least...The food was delicious but not enough..especially not for this money and for this service charge.. I am really disappointed and I don't think that I will  ever go there again...

The Breakfeast is poor. Each day the same - eggs. For the hotel urgent need investments, to renew. The people are ok, but hotel is quiet poor - main view of the rooms, facility, parking places and etc. The payment was on the check in time, and when You pay for it, You realize that this hotel is not for You, than its gonna be to late, You cannot go to the other hotel, because money already paid and that's it.
