Charming, calm & peaceful accommodation 10 mins from downtown. Owners are friendly and speak some English and they're not at all pushy. Our room was warm, clean and quiet, and it was decorated in an adorably old-fashioned way. The place has a character and it contributed to us having a lovely time in Eger

Great value, would absolutely recommend

Good location, not far from town and castle entrance. The studio rooms had a nice area out the front of the rooms with table and chairs in the sun. Woman who runs the hotel was really nice and had very good English.

The wi fi wasn't available in the rooms as advertised. We could only pick it up in the main breakfast room. The shower was broken so you had to hold onto the shower head the whole time. Also, the drain in the shower smelt really bad. We had to cover it up with a plate and a towel to try and suppress the smell. The accommodation advertises that they offer transfers to the train station, however when we asked for one (and we gave 3 hours notice) we were told that they were to busy but that they were happy to call us a cab. Being budget travellers, we opted for the 2km walk instead.
