Napsugar have comfortable and cozy rooms,. Here guests can choose from a variety of room types  from single, double, or aparments for family. I've stayed here  in that  year for  three times  in a double superior room. In the Napsugar Hotel's restaurant, everyone can find suitable delights your taste. The wine lovers drink, have  here  the best Hungarian winemakers offer.Gyopárosfürdő thermal baths are connected with the hotel, through a corridor, with no need to go through the outside.The staff is very helpful and cleanliness is perfect. Prices are very good and worth for services .

Thermal spas and relaxation

Let me start with the bad for those that may be coming from abroad, because of the climate here there is only heat, no AC, and there was a ton of mosquitoes bc everyone has their windows open. Beds are very basic and small, but I actually slept very well. Showers are small, the smell from the water is because Oroshaza is famous for the thermal water, it's helpful. That being said, the location in relation to city center is great for convience. The hotel staff is very polite, you must try Gringoburger and La Rosa pizzeria while in town.

I spent 5 nights here with no option to change hotels (I was with a group) and the rooms are tiny, the beds uncomfortable, there is no air conditioning and the mosquitoes were horrendous.  The second night a plane flew over and sprayed some sort of anti-insecticide all over the place which helped some.  The only room cleaning service was a daily emptying of our one small trash can in the tiny bath room – we never got fresh towels, the beds were never made, and no other maid service was noted.  There was a TV and a refrigerator in our room which must be the only reason it rates three stars.  I don’t know what the group paid for the place, but it is, in reality a one star hotel as far as I am concerned.  On the plus side, there is a bus stop and a train station a block away, and the Gyoparofurdo spa is a very short walk away.  I did not attend the spa, but it looks nice from the outside and seems popular with the locals.  Another plus (perhaps the only real one) is the excellent restaurant at the hotel.  A third is that the staff was friendly and did the best they could with the poor facility.  The hotel needs a major make over in order to be habitable.
