Korona Panzio

I stayed here alone while my daughter was in a music camp in Balatonfured. The pension is close to the bus and railway station. I loved the location. From the pension it is a lovely walk to the lake and in the opposite direction to the main part of town and its fabulous market. I used it as a base to do day trips to Tihany and to Veszprem. The penson has some rooms with air conditioning so if you are staying in the summer you may want to request those rooms. I only needed a/c for one day out of the 4 days I stayed there. The breakfast was great and I noticed that the Saturday breakfast had more food options available then the weekday breakfasts. The staff were friendly and the pension was priced well. If I ever visit Lake Balaton again, I would stay here again.
