Spotless rooms, with clean and fluffy towels. The air conditioning was a blessing in the large room, and very comfortable bed. The food was excellent! Delicious Hungarian dishes, great selection of local wines and great hosting. Good choice in the morning buffet and very relaxed atmosphere. Owner and receptionist were helpful and lovely throughout our stay. Would love to come back again!

Really good food. We took GrillPlate and it was delicious. Beer and lemoniade too. I think it’s the cheapest (good) restaurant in the neighberhood or even in all Badoscany.

Really good located little B&B, bot so far from the train station, and from Badacsony. By foot a little far from restaurants, but worth the time to walk by because the wiev is just wow. We spend there 3 nights. The rooms are big - love the green colour. Breakfast included - you can ask for rare eggs and a cold plate too. Have an option for a dinner with local wines.Absolutely recommended palce.

My wife and I stayed here for a night this week, really to break the journey from Zagreb to Budapest. It was a welcome break from the cities we have been visiting.

The room was large (very), and most comfortable. There is a separate area for sitting out if you wish.

A very spacious bathroom and a fridge all helped improve the experience.

Easy parking and the owners were very friendly, it was also relatively cheap.

Breakfast was good and the location superb with some grand views of the hills and the lake. A most tranquil area.

Nice guesthouse in Badacsonylábdihegy. Run by a young, friendly couple who both speak English and German. There are four rooms. I had a nice room with a balcony and a view at the Balaton Lake, airco, a tv, a fridge and some sitting space. Free WiFi (not very stable). There is a simple breakfast buffet and you can also have dinner from 17 pm on the terrace or inside. Good location for walks on the Badacsony hill, Hungary's most famous volcanic basalt hill. There is a minimarket nearby. Also close to the Badacsonylábdihegy train station.

An amazing stay!

About restaurant 

Cosy and lovely

Lovely location and great room

A very nice place to stay

Booked here for 2 days originally. Was surprised to be asked to move rooms after 1st day as  reasoned that incoming guests could have  the room we were asked  to move to. Asked then if we could have 3 more nights and this was agreed to .Were then horrified  on 3rd day to receive a text asking why we had not checked out. Rushed back and  packed up. Basically  the owner  does everything on scraps of paper,  not a proper computerised booking system. She claimed this was better, but suspect she is not too " au fait" with IT. Further her English is poor.  This left us  rather put out.
As to the guesthouse, excellent helpful hosting, good breakfasts, nice rooms , excellent views, parking and  competent if unexciting  dinner cooking.
BUT  our room was inexplicably not cleaned or made up for 2 days.
So potentially very nice place but woefully managed.
