Lenin’s place is absolutely amazing. The place is in a very safe neighbourhood, and local amenities are within a pretty good walking distance. Lenin responds very quickly to messages and can provide you with excellent information about the local area. He also speaks both English and Spanish which is a great help and priceless resource to those of us who can only speak English! There is also a bar located within the building called ‘El Pueblo’ which plays a variety of awesome music. I also found it to be a great way to meet other travellers, expats and locals which served to further enhance and enrich my experience here in Pereira. I cannot wait until Lenin’s place expands to accommodate artistic spaces and residences so that I can plan my next trip here! Thanks again for being such a great host Lenin!
