came with my friend for a night based on the good reviews. Cheap price for dorm, good service. The boss is very enthusiastic, friendly. Near the room there is a very nice cafe.Definitely would recommend!

Nice homestay in Hue

We booked 2 nights at this hostel prior to arriving in Hue. We booked a double room. When we got there in the morning, they showed us a disgusting dormitory that was flooding. We insisted this is not what we had booked online, but their English was poor. They replied that there would be no one else staying in the room so it was the same thing... We opted out of staying after getting no where with the hosts. They were nice at first but became extremely rude after we did not comply with the room. There was also no one else staying at the hostel at all, which was the first sign that this was a strange situation.

Not what we booked online!

Super dirty! My friend and I arrived late afternoon we were tired and didn't want to search for a hostel. The sheets, the bathroom, the floor was dirty! It felt like we were in a military camp. Too bad because the hosts were nice.

What!?!?

I booked a double room for six nights. At internet they said its a double room with double bed, minibar, tv and A/C. When i arrived, guy from reception (who didnt speak english) took me to dormitory room.. When i said i had a double room not dorm, he showed me a very basic single room and there was no A/C and not even bed... only mattress on the floor... Then they gave me to decide do i want to stay there or in the dorm (they promised that the dorm is only for me at least..) but still it wasnt what i expected. So now i have to stay in a dirty dormitory, where bedclothess smells really bad. I would change place immediately but i have paid this already... Please avoid, if you want own room. If you want to stay in a bit dirty dorm, mayby this is ok then because garden looks nice and here is a pool table also..
