Radisson Blu Hotel, Dublin Airport

We missed our connecting flight and wouldn’t be able to fly out until the next day. The stress of missing our flight and having our luggage lost, with two small children, is never a fun experience but the hotel was perfect and really took much of the stress away. It was minutes from the terminal for a quick return in the morning. They were very accommodating for our sleep needs with the two littles. The restaurant on site was fantastic (we ate both dinner and used their breakfast buffet). The cost felt very fair. And lastly, the customer service was excellent! The desk agents, the restaurant staff, those who assisted our room. But in particular, I’d like to shout out Gentas, our first shuttle driver. He made the drive to the hotel magically for our younger child, which in turn overflowed to our elder as well. Being a party of four, he was unable to drive all of us in one trip (as he was mostly full already) but was able to take two of us. So mom and littlest got to ride up front with him and he was very engaging. He gifted two pins to my daughter, one for her and one for sister too, so as to not feel left out. Upon dropping us off, he ensured our littlest he was going to go and pick up dad and big sister! The hospitality of this staffer really speaks to the experience we had as a whole. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you all!
