Fantastic
1121 reviewsThis is the first time in Bali. As an artist and student at the art academy here, the island is experienced with fresh eyes and a deep sense of curiosity. Originally from Denmark, but with life rooted elsewhere, the encounter with Balinese art, nature, and culture opens completely new perspectives. I’m truly impressed with this hotel. From the effortless check-in handled with professionalism, to the warm and attentive staff who radiate dedication in every detail. The villa itself is a masterpiece, designed with raw, natural materials that speak deeply to me as an artist. It feels exclusive, yet still carries the understated elegance of Bali. Even the croissants deserve praise — and that comes from someone who has spent a lifetime traveling through France. Nowhere have I tasted one as perfect as here; it was like experiencing France itself, in a single bite. Perhaps the most heartwarming part is how animal-friendly this place is. The grounds are alive with wildlife, and even a rescued street dog has found a home here — not as decoration for guests, but as a genuine part of this little paradise. That kindness touched me deeply. The location of the hotel feels almost magical; there’s a sense of seclusion, as if the world slows down and you’re free to simply be yourself. Our villa is adorned with unique artworks, mirroring the colors and textures of the surrounding landscape — a true reflection of Bali’s soul. I wasn’t sure I ever wanted to return to Bali. But after staying in this villa, at this hotel, I know I would come back — though only to be here, in the heart of this paradise. It felt like home. A place where everything just falls into place, and where I could truly settle in with ease. Thank you for showing me what Bali can also be. This hotel revealed a different side of the island — one without chaos. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, everything streamlined with such elegance. The restaurants and the spa are of the highest level, making you almost forget the challenges that exist beyond the gates. What has been created here is truly unique — a rare gem. So thank you, sincerely, from the heart.
