The staff headed up by Mr Sandi are at all times helpful,The rooms were roomy with little nicety"s like tea & coffee making facilities.The rooms & bathroom were clean.There was always hot water. The location is great a mixture of old & new JAKARTA it is close to all of the sights incl the marine museum in the old city.The Monas is quite near,Taman Mini is a short trip away. Shopping is excellent with Gajah Mada Plaza is a short walk from the hotel and has restos,small shops,and Matahari Department store. Excellent shopping is a available at I.T.C. Pasar Pagi.And Harco,A quick taxi trip from the Hotel. Lastly & quite important there is a convenience store next door. I will be booking this hotel again in March 18.
