We were staying in a huge apartment, a very large and very well equipped bathroom, a large bedroom and a giant living room kitchen, the kitchen with everything necessary and very large, cable TV, the only Internet connection was pretty bad, otherwise very good, perfect.

An enormous apartment.

My wife and I stayed one night in Apartment 1. The apartment is spacious -- very large open area incorporates the living room, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a TV with some free channels and wifi is fairly robust. The bedroom is reasonably large with a wardrobe and lots of windows. The bathroom is also quite spacious. The apartment must have been recently renovated. I believe the owners are slowly renovating the entire facility. It is on a quiet street, close to the swim center and harbor. We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious apartment

Very big and convenient apartment. Well equipped with TV and kitchen faciities, WiFi and   with easy parking. The building was under renovation process so it's outer appearance was not so attractive.. Overall, good choice

Good choice

On our way around the Ring Road of Iceland, three couples stopped at Solgardur Apartments for the night.  Although there was painters outside and apparent construction going on, we found the apartment quite comfortable with comforters on each bed.  The bathroom and kitchen were clean and modern.  The apartment was heated and well lit.

We plan to see the seal museum nearby.

Nice and Comfortable 

I stayed at Solgardur Apartments for 1 night. It was the most perfect apartment I had stayed in. The owner had sent an email explaining everything in detail. Inside the house, there was a tab which had everything explained in videos. The apartment was squeaky clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The beds were so comfortable & nice. It is perfect for 4 people’s family. 

Overall, it’s a great place to stay. There is also parking space available. Also, don’t forget to visit the Wool Factory nearby.

Beautiful Apartment

We were here for one night in February. 
The apartment was very cozy and warm. The owner was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay here. A lot of little things that come together and make this a very pleasant place.
I will definitely check for availability here again if I will revisit the area!

Nice stay

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, well maintained and with an excellent level of cleanliness. Very large bathroom equipped with an excellent shower. Very well equipped kitchen. Very good WiFi. Very valid the self check-in solution that allows you to retrieve the keys from a safety box placed outside the front door of the home using a code sent via email a few days before the stay. This allows a considerable flexibility about the arrival time. Last but not least, an excellent quality/price ratio should be emphasized.

High comfort and excellent cleanliness.

Very clean apartment, freshly renovated with fully equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is state-of-the-art and very clean. We felt welcome from the first moment. On our next trip to Iceland we will definitely stay here again.
