I have just returned from a lovely five night stay at Hotel Vila Mar and would highly recommend it. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, well maintained and managed. My room had a balcony with table and chairs, fridge, complimentary safe, air con and wifi and was very comfortable and well appointed. It is under the personal management of the family, who were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located in a residential area, with the the main seafront area and the Old Town just a short walk away in either direction. Breakfast was delicious, buffet continental-style, great quality with plenty of options. The top floor sun terrace was a lovely place to relax, with loungers and comfortable chairs. I felt well looked after at Vila Mar and my stay was excellent value. 

A gem of a hotel

We were delighted with all the things that an establishment of this type can offer (bedroom, bathroom, cleanliness, breakfast with enough coffee). We were greeted with open arms by Albert, one of the sons of the owners.

Family hotel to recommend!

Hotel with new facilities with good service, comfort and in the center, a varied breakfast and very comfortable room, wifi, cable TV, solarium and dining room, undoubtedly the best hotels I have visited.

Excellent hotel 

We found a modern, spacious and comfortable room and bathroom.The bed is very comfortable, the quiet area is very relaxing.It is centrally located near the beach and leisure areas.The breakfast is sufficient, although what we did not like is that the dining room does not meet the Covid distancing standards.

Hotel familiar and comfortable.

Hotel located near the harbour, spacious rooms and very good level of cleanliness, the most regrettable was having to endure the abuse of charging us more than what was contracted and also having the bad luck of enduring an impertinent independenceist who favours nothing to Catalonia advising that the best we can do is not to visit Catalonia, sent the justifications of the contracted and the charged, unadvisable to stay while characters like that figure in the template.

A good hotel with a poor morning receptionist.

I'm one of those people who think, (like most), that a hotel with a higher number of stars is of better quality (also more expensive)... and it's true that, generally, that's the case. Now, in this case, that premise is not fulfilled... I've been to 4-star hotels that already want to have the level of this hotel.

Oh, how good it is!!!!!

A very quiet place and close to the harbor and the beach, super friendly family treatment with the whole family, the parents Xisco y, Leonor, the children Abert and especially Alexis who was the most intimate relationship we had and made it phenomenal, a greeting for all of them, we will return.

Buen lugar y tranquilo is a good place to be.

I found this hotel in Cambridgeshire. Since I've never been to this town, I didn't know where better to live. At the reception, the first line and the second line by the sea were very much frowned upon. So I left a simple hotel for two nights, and then we went for a walk and a picnic. The Villa Marconi is a quiet residential area. But it's not far from the sea and the bus station, 10 minutes away. We're in a nice, beautiful area. At the reception, we were met by Alex. The price was cheaper here than on the booking sites. In short, we got a welcoming, soothing atmosphere. When we were going for a wine tasting tour, Alex's mom visited us in the hotel, and we had a couple of rooms, but we had to go to the local wine shop, and we all had to go back to the hotel, but there was a lot of people who wanted to see it.

A wonderful place to relax.

We stayed for 2 days and finally ended up staying at 7, a luxurious but with everything necessary for a satisfactory stay recommended very quiet.

Genius is a genius.

Of course you're not at the Carlton (10 times more expensive without free wifi) but the room is impeccably clean. The litter is correct, I was in a simple two-bedroom, one was hard but good and the other a little less. Plus a nice balcony on the street that I used at noon and evening. The quiet and efficient climate, an extra fridge! What do people want? Everyone speaks French and I don't speak a word of Spanish! Breakfast is a bit ordinary, but frankly at 38 euros breakfast included I'll be back tomorrow. Excellent price and location ratio. 5 minutes from the seafront with the calm nothing to say.
