Staying here was really an amazing experience as they have great food, best room services as well as the cleanliness!!
Staff over here specially Miss Shifa has those qualities to serve the guests !! I suggest everyone who is visiting Patna, must take the chance to stay here

I Booked this hotel through GOIBiBO.COM. Hotel location is good. Near to Railway station and to main market. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is also good. Good option to stay near Patna Junction. Room rates are reasonable.

Nice people, clean and pleasant rooms, good food. Quick room service. A little noisy because of the street but in this area not much choice. For this budget I think this is one of the best thing you can afford.

Rooms are small but clean . Food is good but staffs needs training about serving foods wit proper cutlery .Nearer to station and the staffs are good . Would definitely be one of the choices in the city for staying .

As a business traveler if you don't want to invite anyone to the rooms its fine. The Deluxe rooms are small but clean.If you want to invite people to the rooms then bigger rooms are advised. They offered me one with an Eastern w/c so better to confirm that before check in although i didn't mind it. Sleep quality is good and the food is the plus point here with decent room service. Well connected to the city and basic needs are easily available nearby. No complaints as such.

Rooms are good, wifi dropped for one whole day druing my stay, the taxi service is not recommended as the hotel staff keep asking for more money and money. Beware of this guy named Panday. Food was very tasty. The hotel booking does not say it will charge you extra GST and SST tax but this charges will be added in your final bill. The room rates are too pricy with no breakfast provided. The other staff are really friendly.Overall, I would rate this hotel as an average!!!

The location is very convenient, walking distance from Patna railway station and Dakbungalow chowraha. We stayed in the executive room and it had all the expected facilities. The staff were very helpful and accomodating, which really helped us to manage our infant daughter. The food was tasty and served efficiently as was the housekeeping service. We must also mention the excellent reception staff, who made the check-in and check-out a breeze.

My experience there was accidental, it was very close to dashashwamedh ghat, where the Aarti happens in the evening. The Staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave me breakfast complementry. Manikarnika Ghat  and Kashi temple are walking distance from this place. Best for solo travellers

More Than an average Hotel, but awesome location

In my opinion, whatever reviews you people have come across previously, either they are fake, or paid but certainly far from reality. This place is nothing but a fake, pathetic, inhospitable, staff very rude, unhygienic, discourteous and above al traumatic. 
Prefer sleeping at the roadhouse or roadside on the footpath but never book this hotel, even if it’s offered for free. Recently, mu family stayed here with a young female child, they checked into to the counter late night, around 11:15pm, there was no one at the gate to assist them or brought their luggage to the reception. Even though the location is not scary yet a female commuter needs at least some kind of assistance yet no one was there to assist. 
Poor room conditions, staff with poor etiquette and have no basic gesture or hospitality etiquettes. 
The client is informed that no banquet breakfast, but you can order single breakfast from the room. 
Even though they check in late, they were requested late check out around 3pm couple of days later, staff told them hurriedly to check out at 12pm or they will be charged for another day? This is unbelievable, 
यह होटल 3 star नहीं हो सकता, यह customer को धोखा देने के लिए है, अपनी पूरी ज़िंदगी में इतना बुरा experience पहले कभी नहीं हुआ, जब उनसे मैनेजर का नंबर माँगा गया तो साफ़ साफ़ मना कर दिया गया, आप सबसे अनुरोध है की इस होटल में कभी मत ठहरिए, श्मशान अगर मिले तो वहाँ सो जाना आपके लिए ज़्यादा आरामदेह होगा, 
पता नहीं क्यूँ, make my trip ने और other वेबसाइट ने इस होटल को अपने पोर्टल पर जगह दिया है

This hotel is not at all what it looks on the website. My office booked a super deluxe room online but they gave me a normal room because when I was checking in, the receptionist gave the room to someone else who paid twice the amount in cash. Extremely filthy rooms. They switch off the electricity, cable and stop the supply of water whenever they feel like because they have the main access outside the room. Pathetic experience. Neither will go back to this hotel nor will recommend to anyone
