The Villa was clean. The location was beautiful. The breakfast was yummy. The staffs were hardworking and well behaved. Gated community with great room service. I would definitely recommend this place for a family get-together.
Some small things to improve - Badminton court - The cork always gets struck in the projector. Other indoor games need to be maintained better  (like Table Tennis) so that we dont need to go out. Need access to the fridge at the least so that we can store food for the kids. Also, we didnt get ice cubes we ordered but the fridge can solve that too.

Finch is located in a picturesque hill slope that is surrounded by Reserve Forest so this is the only habitat in that locality. A blessing, far away from the hustle and bustle of Kotagiri Town. The premium gated resort boasts of a tea garden around each villa, natural stream collecting into a small man made lake, rolling greens and a clubhouse with a swimming pool, restaurant and indoor games. The highlight of the club house is the glass roof for star gazing. A unique and must see property.

Excellent place to relax and have a fun time to spend throughout. You will NOT feel to go out of this place for time pass. Only draw back was their food and number of staffs since it is quite a new one. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Stay was really superb. Very good view situated in kotagiri on the way to kodanad. 

Stayed at Finch in a 3 BHK villa during the second weekend of May 2017.  Firstly, the property and its location are excellent.  The sprawling acres with its ambiance and weather are really pleasing (nights get misty and chilling).  The amenities provided are also very good (indoor games, mini swimming pool, etc.).  While these are all positives, the downside of it was their food and restaurant services.  The quality and taste were mediocre and service took hours!  Had to repeatedly call and re-request.  Also, the cost of food items and quality/taste were no match.  Complimentary breakfast was limited and average in quality.  There was a film shoot going on inside the resort that weekend, and we were told that all facilities and resources were being utilized by them!  So, maybe it was a one-off case with us, but still fail to understand how that can justify compromise on normal customers like us despite having paid and booked well in advance.  However, must mention about one person (Mani) who was still running around and trying his best to keep us happy despite his age and all the commotion caused by the shooting unit.  Heartfelt thanks to him!  At the end of it, unfortunately, we felt things fell short of expectations despite being in such a wonderful location and had to cut short our two-night stay to one night and eventually move out to another property.  Would still recommend this property to all, but with two caveats − 1) Visit them only when they can attend to you in full strength.  2) No cellular network at all in the premises, except for traces of Vodafone signal in the reception area).

Amazing place for a family vacation

New and Excellent Place but limited staffs

Out of the World Experience !!

Very good property, but poor handling....

First of all they've not mentioned that this is a private property. We travelled with our 8 month old baby so far in the dungeon roads and they refused to let us in. People were so rude and they had no courtesy for the baby too.
