The customer service was outstanding, the staff were not only friendly but incredibly helpful and nothing was an issue for them. The food was incredible and they manage my allergies amazingly. Room was super quiet and very clean. And the spa was perfect, can recommend a massage. Free shuttles to pretty much anywhere in garmisch with such friendly drivers, it really was an absolute treat and we will be back next year with our 2 children as it is so child friendly.
