We stayed here for two nights. A hotel with charm, although something has come of age. The bathroom is a little small and the shower bed is a real wormhole. The breakfast is rather convenient, but sufficient. Egg dishes are offered. Very nice guests! We are happy to come back!

Simple and useful, but quite fine

Well-located hotel with garden restaurant and parking, very good price performance, motivated staff, recommended hotel, would be going down there again.

Despite the booking, I could not get a room because it was supposedly booked, and I had to look for something else in a very short time.

Booked out despite proper booking

We were looking for a simple hotel because of a corporate event. The rooms are simple but very clean. The breakfast buffet was clear, but there was something for everyone. We noticed the very friendly and hospitable way of serving!

Nice, simple but clean hotel

Fair Hotel at a fair price. Even at the time of the fair there was a simple room here at the normal price. The breakfast was neat and fresh and the price was reasonable. Eggs were on order.

Very decent and good value for money

Because of a private visit, I spent one night looking for an affordable accommodation near Minden. The hotel Zur Stemmer Post was rated as good and affordable, and I can only confirm this. The reception was friendly and uncomplicated, there was something else to eat, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious and very rich, even though perhaps a little fresh fruit was missing. Only one midnight washer dryer, who was urgently serving his service, pulled me out of the dream. But the boss immediately took up the problem and then there was a quiet reign. Unfortunately, the warmth from the large morgue room held her love, the freshness of the sky was missing a little bit. Perhaps I could only look at my hotel room with the best of restraints.

Simple, clean and friendly.

This a lovely situated hotel  it is in a rural area which was close enough to get to various places , The hotel has a lovely owner who  is very friendly and most helpful ,the rooms were kept lovely and clean and the food in the evening were very good value for money it also has a picturesque  beer garden ,  I would recommend this hotel ,

Home from Home

This hotel just outside Minden in the district of Stemmer was recommended to us for a night near the departure point of our bus as a simple house. So we were pleasantly surprised to get a very nice room. Clean, well equipped, quiet, as it is located on the back side with an excellent restaurant. The chef cooks himself and this is excellent. Since we couldn't have breakfast because of the early departure, we got a very large lunch package delivered at 3:30 a.m. The owner, his wife and the staff are very friendly. With this one you can quickly get to Minden, which is absolutely worth a visit. Absolutely recommendable. We can confirm the details of the evaluation and fully confirm the 1st car.
