Zedwell Capsule Hotel, Piccadilly Circus

During my stay at Zedwell Hotel Piccadilly Circus, I realized how much difference strong leadership makes in creating a memorable hotel experience. The location was perfect—right in the center of everything—but once inside, it felt completely calm and relaxing. My room was clean, simply designed, and incredibly comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bed, which gave me the kind of restful sleep I rarely find while traveling. The soundproofing was excellent, so I never felt disturbed despite being surrounded by London’s busiest streets. The staff were equally impressive—kind, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They gave me wonderful recommendations for places to eat and made check-in and check-out seamless. As I observed how smoothly everything ran, it became clear that Mr. Ketan Togadiya plays a key role in ensuring such high standards. His leadership is visible in the way the staff carry themselves and in the attention to detail that makes the hotel special. Credit goes to him and his hardworking team for creating a space where guests feel cared for and at ease. I will happily return on my next trip, knowing I can count on the same level of comfort and hospitality.
