For offered price we had best room for 4 persons to live in London. We are budget travellers with big experience. Ofcourse this is not super ***** hotel. But lets talk about positive things: public transport, supermarket and a few restaurants and pub near. When we were in there was other families and one group of young people, but there was not noisy. Only unconfortable thing was the locks. But we are friendly people and open outer door when needed. In shower was hot water and heating was workin at nights. Needs small repairs, but after that price per night will grow for 50 % I think. 

Chepest way to live in London

I really do not have words to describe how bad this department was, I exceed my expectations in such a negative way:
1- The place is badly signposted, the street where it is supposed to be does not exist, despite being Islington a good place the house is located in an area that seems dangerous.
2- The room has nothing to do with the photos that are promoted in Booking
3- Even though I know that my arrival date can not be communicated to me, the host did not answer the calls.
4- The room looked like a warehouse, with old tables, old kitchen utensils, an unused refriger, with the smell of mold.
5- We were never given towels until the last day, even though I asked the owner for a chat
6- You hear noise every night that does not let you sleep
7- We even kicked the door one day, I do not respect that we were a family with children
8- The bathroom does not place soap and a miracle toilet paper
9- The television did not work
10- Too bad for the price they charge, the issue is that we did not have time to look for another one.

As the only positive point:
- They gave us the key despite arriving some time before
- The location is more or less central, cent of St. Pancras and King Cross metro
- We were able to buy food and cook since London is too expensive to eat a family of 5 every day on the street

Very bad, get away from here...

Waited a hour to get in when had confirmed arrival 24 hours in advance when they could have just sent me the code. when entered it was very cold in the room with no TV or towels. then went out for some food to be locked out again until a feloow guest let me in. owners did not care and asked to be left alone to finish there food.
