Helpful staff, smart appearance, clean room with necessary facilities inc tea coffee hairdryer, iron and board, hair/bodywash/soap and lotion. It’s 5min walk to Earls Court tube station and also London transport busses for fast journey into central London. Storage for luggage after check out to collect later if required. Small bedroom was ok for overnight stay
