Fantastic place, small, quiet, loved it, food was outstanding, short walk to beach and shopping areas, will go back for another stay, rooms comfortable, beds soft, it's on a hill so if you cannot walk up a steep hill jump on the bus, it'll stop outside the hotel!! 

First time visiting Gümbet, so wasn't sure what to expect.  On arriving at the hotel check in was quick and efficient, and my luggage was carried to my room. Couldn't have asked for a better room. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Lots of toilet roll in the bathroom and mini toiletries, a nice surprise.  Cleaning staff are excellent. The only hotel I have ever been to where all bed linen and towels were changed daily. Pool area was clean and tidy, with plenty of loungers.  Bar and Reception staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. I would definitely return to the Kaseria and would recommend it to friends and family. 


We had a fab time at this hotel even though as previously said by someone else there was a lot of Syrian families. Had they taken the time to talk to these people and find out some of their terrible experiences they may of had a different view. We shared drinks, food, laughter and lots of time with them all resulting in a really fab holiday. 
The hotel was perfect. Cleaned daily, air conditioned rooms, lovely views and great staff. Food was good and we had a great breakfast each day.It was a great location as not too far away from everything but nice and quiet. There was a little bus that went to Bodrum about every 10 mins and stopped wherever you wanted it to and was only 80p.
The next village along Bitez was also perfect. Fantastic beaches and lots of lovely restaurants. Food everywhere we ate was great but Divers Bar and Peters Place were especially good, both in Gumbet. Would definitely go again. 
Lastly would recommend the boat trip.

A great little gem 

Lovely holiday

Excellent Hotel!

3rd time lucky with writing this post. Kaseria hotel has a great environment with both reception and cleaning staff being first rate. Unfortunately what letter it down were rude and apparently sexist make and female restaurant staff. The former completely ignored my request to order food and the latter deferred to my husband rather than answering any questions I asked about my food order. What made it more difficult was that the hotel was on a steep hill which made finding alternatives in the heat very difficult.

Time at Kaseria Hotel, Gumbet

Arrived today full of Syrian refugee families. Noisy intimidating only 2 other europeans here. Staff lovely but we have asked for a move tmrw. Such a shame as booked here based onde reviews posted here
