Russian citizens must present the original of a valid Russian passport upon arrival.
Original documents must be presented for each resident guest.
A foreign passport is not a document that allows you to stay in a hotel (with the exception of a foreign passport issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
For children from 0 to 14 years old, the original birth certificate must be presented. Without parents or legal representatives, for whom the parents must draw up a free-form permit, the child cannot stay at the hotel.
For children from 14 to 18 years old, it is necessary to present documents proving the identity of the minor (original passport of the Russian Federation). A child can live without parents or legal representatives with the written consent of one of the parents / legal representatives.

The accompanying adults are responsible for guests 0-17 years old inclusive while staying on the territory of the Palace Bridge Wellness Club. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the fitness center.

By making a booking with the payment type 'pay on site', guests confirm their consent to the hotel's pre-authorization of the cost of the first night's stay from the card specified during the booking at any time before arrival. If it is impossible to carry out pre-authorization, the hotel reserves the right to cancel such a booking without prior notice. |

It’s the perfect stay in Saint Petes! Absolutely amazing in all ways
There is every choice at breakfast. Value for money!
PS kids playroom is a blast! Provides us with a few hours of proper rest! Nice ladies work there, thus, happy kids. Everything is modern, just like in the pics!
What was bad
The wifi connection wasn’t decent in 574, but it was of no importance for us (We used LTE) - we had spa to keep us busy 😁

Special mention to Ms. Elena of concierge she went for extra mile as our cards are not working properly due to some western restrictions. Her professionalism and dedication to service is beyond unexpected. She didn't show any hesitation to help us with our flight problems. I hope this reached to her we finally arrived here in Cyprus safe and worry free. Thank you Ms. Elena!

We live in junior suite with jacuzzi. Rooms were very nice and clean, bathroom has jacuzzi, shower room, WC. And pearl of this hotel is SPA with big pool and a lot of saunas.
