The room was impeccably clean. The bed was spacious and extremely comfortable. Water was replenished daily, and the staff were polite, attentive, and always eager to help.
What was bad
We booked three non-refundable rooms. Unfortunately, one of our family members was unable to join us for the trip, so one of the rooms was no longer needed. We suggested several alternative solutions and hoped the hotel might put itself in our position and find a compromise that

The location is great!
The bed was comfortable, and so were pillows. The room was clean, and once I entered the room I saw a welcome card with my name on it, and a plate of cookies :)
Everything was super clean!
Fantastic experience! The gentleman that helped me check in was polite, very friendly. I believe His name was Alex.
What was bad
Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. Everything was great!

Great location. Outstanding reception service, delicious meals in the hotel restaurant. Very close to the center, 15-20 mins by walk to Mayakovskaya, 30-40 mins to the Red Square.
