Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. When holding parties and photoshoots at the apartment, the surcharge is RUB 5000.00 on weekdays and RUB 10000.00 on weekends, the deposit amount is RUB 10000.00.
For parties and filming in apartment there are separate conditions must be agreed in advance.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people at the same time.
Accommodation with animals must be agreed in advance, for a fee.
Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 00:00, the apartment is equipped with an electronic lock.
Early check-in or extension is discussed individually.
The deposit is returned on the day of departure if there are no breakdowns in the apartment.

• The apartment is equipped with all basic needs.
• The building is a huge residential complex with many apartments and hotels and there is a resignation at the entrance (not for the apartment).
