A huge hotel on the quiet western side of Shinjuku connected to the station with a tunnel. It was easy to navigate through the station and then exit to the more lively side of Shinjuku. Many restaurants and bars are located in the station and near the eastern station exit. We hade a spacious triple bed room for a five night stay. Room was comfortable, modern and quiet. Check in on an industrial scale was efficient with hordes of travelers. Concierge helpful. Breakfast buffet was outstanding in a couple of locations. Get there early if you do not want to wait in line which does move quickly. Handy convenience store on same level. A couple of restaurants also on same floor. We did enjoy this hotel despite its 'business' ambience.
